2006 Petite Sirah – A deep colored bold wine, typical of Petite Sirah. The Petite Sirah is a young wine and would benefit from decanting 30 minutes before serving. It will also age well because of its structure. This is a good wine to serve with pot roast, chocolate, or to be enjoyed by itself.
